Strategic Partnerships are a key part of JazzHR’s growth strategy to enable partners to drive hiring success for small and mid-sized businesses. Based in Waltham, MA, the Strategic Alliance Manager is responsible for developing, and managing relationships with leading providers in the SMB space that are delivering solutions for growth, management, and success for their clients. This is a ground floor opportunity on a new team that is tasked with delivering high growth results for the company. This role is a mix of strategic planning & tactical execution and the successful candidate will be a dynamic multi-tasker, who loves building things, and gets the job done.
The ideal candidate will have a track record for success in managing Go To Market plans, and sales cycles with partners as well as developing the overall business relationship with partners towards future opportunities.
This role could include up to 25% travel time.
